When your heart has been shattered by abuse, abandonment, or silence, you don’t need 

someone to analyze you. You need someone who gets it.

I built everything here from lived experience...not from textbooks.

I am trained and certified in, Holistic Health & Life Coaching, Trauma Informed Coaching, 

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Spiritual & Mental Health First Aid, Military & First Responder Mental Health Coaching and currently pursuing Traditional Chinese Medicine.

But more importantly, I have lived this. I have survived this, and I have rebuilt myself from it.

I know what it’s like to hold the pieces of your life together with shaking hands.
To sit in a therapist’s office trying to explain trauma they’ve never lived.
To walk out feeling smaller and more misunderstood than when you walked in.

Healing doesn’t begin when you talk about the wound.
It begins when someone finally sees it.

That’s why I do this work.

Not as a clinician.

But as someone beside you...a survivor who has rebuilt from the same ashes.
